Consistory

Consistory did not meet in July but will meet again this month on the 18th. The Search and Call committee has begun the process of updating the church’s profile to start the search process for a permanent pastor.

Fall Rummage Sale

In the middle of summer, sometimes it is hard to imagine that fall is coming, but it is and with it the next rummage sale! The Fall Rummage Sale is scheduled for September 22, 23, and 24, with set up work beginning Sunday, September 18th. Judy Willow, Holly Snyder, and Diane Hackenberg will again be organizing the sale. We can’t do it without you and your donations!

Thank You

Larry and Deb Pfirman would like to thank everyone for their prayers, cards, phone calls and visits following Larry’s recent heart surgery. Your thoughtfulness and concern are very greatly appreciated!

Nursery

Volunteers will be available to care for your child in the nursery every Sunday after the Children’s Time until the end of the service. Parents and caretakers are welcome to send their children to the nursery during that time. All volunteers have appropriate clearances. If you would like to participate in this ministry, please contact Diane Hackenberg.

August’s volunteers are: August 7 – Amber Leitzel; August 14 - Michelle Laudenslager; August 21 – Mallory Leitzel; August 28 – Diane Hackenberg.

Palm Trees

The three palm trees at the church are in need of a new home. They are available on a first come first serve basis to anyone who wants them.  Please let Sharon Magyar know if you are interested.
