2026 Rummage Wrap Up

Once more, we have reason to rejoice as Dreisbach shared God’s love through the distribution of funds from the 2026 rummage sales. The following groups will benefit from your work and generosity:

·        City of Joy in Rwanda - $2,500. The school has a concern that any of you who have worked in education in the United States have probably experienced: they need more copiers and printers to support the work they are doing with their students. This year’s support will go toward that need.

·        John Mark and Sharon Ambler, missionaries with Youth with a Mission - &2,500. John Mark and Sharon are friends of the Mike and Ruth Romig and serve God around the globe.

·        Kiwanis Club of Mifflinburg - $2.000. The club provides Christmas food boxes to the families of needy school children in the Mifflinburg district. As prices increase, needs increase. Kelli and Brad Moyer, Sandy Catherman, and Don Bowman are active participants in this work.

·        Union-Snyder Community Action Agency - $2,000. U/S CAA offers a broad spectrum of help for lower-income residents. They help with housing, food, and utility needs and connect folks to other resources.

·       Dreisbach’s Blessing Box - $2,000. The Blessing Box is being used heavily and emptied regularly. This donation undergirds the ongoing work of the congregation. Please continue your individual support of this outreach.

Mark your calendars for next year's rummage sales! May 2-8 and September 12-18.

Fall Festival Recap

We had a beautiful day for our 9th Annual Fall Festival this year.  Thank you to all the people who helped bring out items from the church Friday night, Saturday morning and the cleanup.  Many thanks to all the helpers (servers, cooks, people overseeing the bake sale stand, pie tasting helpers, people overseeing the games, and even the person who starts our fire out at the gazebo & the decorators.   There were a lot of regulars and new faces to the event!

We were happy to hear a blend of music from Woody Wolfe and Mark Alexander throughout the day.

Thank you again to everyone and it was a great day of fellowship!!!!
