Wednesday Evening Bible Study

During September and October we will be reading and studying Paul's letter to the Ephesians. Join us as we take an engaging and conversational look at Paul's ministry and mission to the church in Ephesus as he addresses the blessings and hope of being in a faithful relationship with Christ Jesus. Paul writes about matters of life and death, about faith and salvation, about unity and community, about human relationships and bearing up against evil, about gifts received and the work of the church. These are all issues deeply impacting the mission and ministry of Dreisbach at this very moment.

Let us gather together Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8 PM.

September 3- Ephesians 1:1-23

September 10- Ephesians 2:1-22

September 17- Ephesians 3:1-13

October 1- Ephesians 3:14-4:6

October 8- Ephesians 4:7-24

October 15- Ephesians 4:25-5:20

October 22- Ephesians 5:21-6:9

October 29- Ephesians 6:10-24

Spring Rummage Sale

The rummage sale is just around the corner. Where did summer go? The sale runs from September 14-20. On Sunday, the 14th, after church we set up the downstairs rooms and begin taking donations. We need strong helpers and are looking for anyone who will work for pizza! Set up continues through Wednesday. The sale days are Thursday through Saturday, with clean up on Saturday afternoon when we again need strong helpers and vacuumers.  There are many ways to help.  Donate your still useable clothing and household items.  Contribute food for feeding the workers, or for the bake sale or the soup sale. Give of your time. Stop in if you have a few minutes or hours to help out or just say hello. We appreciate any way that you are able to support the sale. If you have questions talk to Judy Willow, Diane Hackenberg, or Holly Snyder.

Please take time to review the rummage sale food sheet which is posted in back of the church.  We are in need of food donations to keep our workers going throughout the week.  All items are to be delivered here at the church by Sunday, Sept. 14.  Thankyou again!!!!
