Music Director Position at Dreisbach UCC

Position Overview 

 Dreisbach United Church of Christ is actively seeking a Contemporary Christian & Blended Service Music Director. This role requires proficiency in keyboard and vocals. While experience as a guitarist or organist is considered an asset, it is not a mandatory qualification. 

Responsibilities 

·        Grow and develop the church’s music program, inspiring individuals of all ages to participate in fellowship through musical talents.

·        Communicate effectively with church leadership and collaborate on upcoming and future events. 

·        Work closely with the lead Pastor to select songs that are best aligned with and suited for each sermon message. 

·        Position will be salaried and require approximately 5-8 hours per week. Candidates should be prepared to lead music on a weekly basis throughout the year. Compensation will be negotiated based on experience.
